Copper River Salmon Basting Sauce MixAdding a light touch of Hickory and other superb flavors, this blend will enhance the great taste of your Alaska Salmon. Use on the grill or as a marinade for the oven. Melt 3 Tbsp. Butter, mix in 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp. Lemon juice, and 2 heaping tsp. Basting Mix (mix well first). Place fish 6 from coals, baste with basting mixture. Baste often, and grill until fish flakes easily, or marinade for 15 min and bake @ 350 in lightly greased pan for 20 - 30 min or until done.
