Ingredients
4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. Cold water
4 thin orange slices
4 whole cloves
½ c. orange juice or more if necessary
¼ Tbsp. Cooking oil
¼ tsp. Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning
1 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Seasoning salt
1 ½ Tbsp. Flour

Directions
Combine flour, seasoning salt, paprika, and pepper. Reserve 1 tsp. Mixture. Coat chops with remaining flour mixture. Heat oil in skillet and brown chops. Add orange juice and cloves. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. Add orange slices and cook 5 minutes longer. Remove chops and orange slices to serving platter. Remove cloves and discard. Blend reserved flour into 2 Tbsp. Cold water. Pour slowly into skillet, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce thickens. Spoon sauce over chops and serve. 4 servings. Coat chops with remaining mixture. Heat oil in skillet and brown chops. Add orange juice and cloves. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. Add orange slices and cook 5 minutes longer.
