Ingredients
1 tsp salt
2 tsp. Onion flakes
3 c. Rye flour
¼ c. vinegar
¼ c. margarine
2 c. HOT water
1 c. rolled oats
¼ c. dark molasses
1 Tbsp. Cocoa
4 ½ c. white bread flour
1 c. bran flakes
2 Tbsp. Caraway seeds

Directions
Dissolve 2 packages yeast w/1 cup warm water in a small bowl. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the flour. When the mixture has cooled somewhat, add yeast mixture and blend, then add the flour. Stir well; This should be a stiff dough. Add more flour if necessary. Knead at least 5 minutes. Let rise in bowl about 35 minutes. Shape into loaves, let rise 35 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 180 degrees. Remove from pans, cool and enjoy.
