2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. hot chili oil
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce, or to taste
¼ cup beer
¼ cup ground mustard seed
Combine the mustard and beer in a small saucepan, stirring well. Heat over high heat until just bubbly, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the hot pepper sauce, oil and honey. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to blend. The sauce will keep, refrigerated, for up to a month.
