½ tsp. granulated Garlic
1 - 2 tsp. honey
2 - 3 tsp. Five Spice Powder
2 Tbsp. Sherry, Orange Juice or Brandy
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
White and/or Cayenne Pepper to taste
