1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Lemon Curry
1 cup sour cream
Preheat the oven to 350. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and lemon curry. Place Halibut in an oven proof pan. Spread curry mixture over the top. Top with onion slices. Bake until fish flakes with a fork, about 35 minutes.
If you are lucky enough to have any leftovers from these delicious recipe. Refrigerate and the next day flake the halibut and sauce, spread on your favorite type of bread for a great sandwich!!!
